I rarely speak with a ministry leader who doesn’t believe in the power of owning personal ministry for youth. Most are quick to throw the keys at young tweens and teens and hope that it all works out in the end. But we would never hand over real keys to a car without making sure a youth had passed driver’s education or had several hours of behind the wheel training. Youth need specialized leadership development to win.
