There are very few things in life that are free. Which is likely why “the best things in life are free” continues to be a timeless pearl of wisdom.
One of your greatest tools to continue to push at what you do doesn’t cost a dime. (And isn’t that a great thing considering the shoe string budget that many ministries are on?!)
Instead of relying solely on the perspective of those who are in it day and and day in out, why not actively ask questions and listen to the advice of others? Their unique point of view may help bring an important issue — or solution — to light.
Great leaders listen….
People long to be heard. You don’t have to implement every idea that comes your way — but developing good listening skills just might be the greatest skill you master. So do you have your listening ears on?
