Are you on the Learning Curve of Children’s Ministry?

What? You didn’t receive the how-to manual??  Well, no worries, let me share with you some great news! We’ve all been there, and the learning curve doesn’t have to be as steep as it looks (or as everyone else make’s it out to be). Here are rules I live by:

1. Don’t take yourself too seriously.  Have FUN!

2. Have a Plan!  Children deserve a strategy.

3. Pass it on.  Invest in those coming up behind you.

I know, easier said than done. But I can help you with execution…
